Challenge: To implement a massive hardscape and infrastructure plan which included, vehicular and pedestrian pavers (81,460 sf), granite and precast curbing (5,000 lf), precast seat walls and steps (1,100 lf) exposed aggregate sidewalks (95,000 sf), broom finished concrete (78,000 sf) and a wide variety of site furnishings.
Solution: Decades of management experience enabled UPI to coordinate the enormous task of delivering this massive hardscape infrastructure on time and within budget. Recognizing that effective planning and communication with Rodgers Builders, the suppliers, shippers, and subcontractors helped to ensure the project’s successful completion.
